“Crop Record Books” are now available at the Wasilla SWCD office, free of charge, to all Wasilla SWCD Cooperators. This booklet is intended to be a useful tool to help you keep accurate field notes.  By keeping up-to-date notes and observations, you can track the progress of individual fields.  Record keeping is a requirement of many USDA farm programs and this booklet is provided to help you track information needed to qualify for some of those programs.   Just a reminder, anyone can sign up for EQIP and WHIP at any time.  For more information on these programs, call the NRCS Mat-Su  Field Office  at 373-6592 (ext 3).
