Weed Free School Zones Program
Our main strategy for tackling the invasive problem on
school grounds is to help transform students into "Weed Warriors" and
then setting them loose! We've had great success in helping students, teachers,
and parents to become aware of the problem, and in turn, helping to slow the spread of
invasive, non-native weeds like bird vetch, hemp nettle, and white sweet clover.
Take a look at our photo album below of past weed-pull events. To join in
our efforts for future projects, give us a call at 357-4563 ext 7.
