Our projects emphasize community-based restoration.  By partnering with local schools, community groups, citizen volunteers, and local businesses, we are able to achieve restoration, as well as educational goals.  We believe that by inviting youth and community volunteers to conduct on-the-ground restoration work, we can help foster a sense of stewardship and appreciation for our natural resources.  To view our powerpoint presentation on "Extending Conservation Education to Site Restorations," click here.

We have coordinated a number of restoration projects to improve the natural conditions and ecological integrity of degraded systems.  So far, our restoration efforts have been focused in the following categories.  Please visit each page to learn more and to see pictures of past projects.

1)      Fish passage improvement

2)      Streambank stabilization and revegetation

3)      Invasive species removal

4)      Trail Improvement
